Rogu

Meet Rogu, a 2‑year‑old Quaker parrot with an independent streak and a whole lot of charm. She’s a sweet girl who prefers spending her day outside her cage, free‑flying, exploring, and doing her own thing. Rogu is on the chattier side for a Quaker and would love a home that enjoys her happy vocalizations.

She has stepped up before but is still hesitant, so a patient adopter who lets her build trust at her own pace will help her shine. Unlike many Quakers, Rogu isn’t cage‑aggressive, she’d much rather scoot to the opposite side of her cage than confront anyone.

Rogu came to rescue through no fault of her own; her previous owner simply realized they weren’t bird people. Now she’s ready for a home that understands her independent nature and celebrates her lively personality.

If your flock could use a spirited, free‑flying little companion, Rogu might be the perfect fit.
