Our Mission

At Twin Cities Parrot Rescue our mission is to help provide captive parrots in the Minnesota Twin Cities and surrounding communities with healthy, forever homes through education and services to both current and potential parrot owners. We aim to match each bird with the perfect home, resulting in a high quality of life for both parrot and owner.
